This was my signature cocktail at my wedding; I love it. I discovered it during the off-season when I couldn’t find fresh peaches. I substituted the peach purée with peach schnapps and never looked back. My Laden Bellini is the best of both worlds: fresh peach purée, peach schnapps, and prosecco. What more can we ask for?
Peach schnapps is a concentrated peach liqueur; use it sparingly; a little goes a long way. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

Ingredients
- 6 oz peach purée
- 6 oz peach schnapps
- 750 ml prosecco
Instructions
- In each champagne flute, add 1 oz. peach purée and 1 oz. peach schnapps, stir.
- Fill with prosecco to the top, gently stir to blend and enjoy!
If you don't have an ounce glass, you can substitute each ounce with 2 tbs.
