Sweet Peach Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp peach simple syrup To make, boil half a diced peach in ½ c water and ½ c sugar until sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool. Once cool strain and bottle the syrup.
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, aerate the Dijon mustard by whisking vigorously.
- Continue whisking while pouring in the balsamic vinegar.
- Continue whisking while pouring in the peach simple syrup.
- Continue whisking while pouring in the olive oil.
- Add fresh cracked black pepper to taste.
